100% refund of advance payment is given when registrant
cancels at least 3 days prior to retreat date, i.e. by 6 p.m.
on the Wednesday prior to a Saturday retreat.
Cancellations made in 72 hour period prior to retreat date
receive a 25% refund only. A full refund is made if
management of Soul Spring Retreat cancels a retreat within 3
days of its scheduled date.
